Chef - Jon Favreau indie delight!

I just watched this today and was pleasantly surprise that this is a really good film!! I love how it explores the father-son relationship. Definitely a day one blu ray purchase.Jon F. returns to his indie root and gave us a heart felt film.

A true "feel good" movie IMO

I caught this last week and loved it. Terrifically made, great performances (favreau's breakdown in the restaurant was Oscar worthy, IMO), and just a really warm, heartfelt film. 8 or 9/10.

Yes!! That scene is really oscar worthy.. it is that good!

An strong argument can be made that "chef" is the best film he has directed yet. ( considered elf, iron man and swinger )
