It's always a little interesting with RT that the negatives come in waves

Jungle book had like 40 straight positives and then 7 out of the next 10 were negatives.

It's a funky little site.

It does show how well TDK and SM2 did to hit that magical 94% mark though

Wonder if it'll ever happen again?

Well that's not necessarily implied, it depends how it plays out. It could end up in the low 80s or high 70s for all we know if it does an IM3. Or it could stabilise.

One of those reviews seemed Really Ridiculous.
BUT.
I hope that at least for this film, fans can stay calm and not resort to horrible comments.

I think, more than anything, that would flabbergast all.

Spectator just came in as the third Rotten review.

I just checked on that reviewer, Deborah Ross, from The Spectator. I also tried to read her BS review. I really don't care what she says either way since every sentence in that review just drips with contempt for this genre and Marvel in particular. Not a credible review at all and at least in this case it's incredibly easy to spot. I also looked up her RT list and she agrees with the RT score 63% of the time, which is quite low. Most critics are somewhere in the 70% range. She also has many reviews where she dislikes a movie that got a fresh RT score but(and here's the telling part), she has ZERO movies out of the 111 reviews credited to her where she liked a movie but the RT score was rotten. That's very odd to me, I must say. I'm not ready to label her the next Armond White or anything like that but I sure wouldn't trust her opinions with that strange record. It smacks of having an agenda. And she's said she'll never see another Marvel movie again after this one, that's in her CW review. I kind of doubt that. If she did that then she wouldn't be able to call attention to herself. Keep an eye on her to see if she sticks to her guns.
