LMAO, is that review serious or satire?
It is Armond White. He's one of the most infamous trolls out there.

Some reviews are funny. I like the ones that insult the movie.
Poe's law holds for movie reviews as well it seems. Many of the honest defenses of BvS are so aggrandized that there is honestly no way to parody them without being perceived as serious. All the significantly bad reviews of Civil War I've seen so far have been from people who strongly feel the need to compare it unfavourably to BvS.
Personally, "genuine" is the last adjective I'd ever use to describe Zack Snyder. All style, no substance.
Trolls tend to do that.
Maybe it'll bounce back to 90. Cap 1 finally got to 80 after years.
It's too bad, but what can you do? Before the early Twitter hype I would have been happy with 85 or above. Guess we're just spoiled.
Stuckmann and guys like Harloff and Ellis (Schmoes) are the modern era's Siskel and Ebert. Trusted guys that people turn to and value their opinion. The big difference is that they are more grounded and down to earth than the old school "journalistic" critics. The newspaper type critics have grown completely useless in the 21st century.
The same Stuckmann who ranked The Nolan Batman trilogy as the top 3 films of the CBM genre?

The Same Schmoes who ranked No Nolan Batman film less than 4 out of 5, with Ellis calling Batman Begins the best Comic book film of all time?
For someone who spends so much time claiming that the TDK trilogy being the best films of the genre is not a majority consensus, you sure spend a lot of time singing the praises of critics who feel the precise opposite.
