This quote is why Vulture is a fresh review: "The best way to think of Captain America: Civil War is as a toy box in which the sheer quantity of toys partly makes up for the lack of anything new."
86 fresh, three more till it passes the amount of fresh reviews that, a certain other movie involving fighting heroes has, but it took 325 reviews to get there.
How about 15/300?
It will keep it at a glorious 95%.
5 out of what coming close to 100, if the first 100 is done with only 5 rotten reviews, the chances of 15/300 might be more possible.I don't seem that happening. I'm figuring at least 20 rotten reviews considering there's 5 already. Those US critics, they're savages.

America, and not fond of a movie half -or rather quarter- titled with their country name. Not really, considering the majority of the first 100 reviews are from people outside of the US. When the rest of the US critics get a hold of it there will be another 15 rotten reviews guaranteed. Even at 20 it stays at 93% which is great.

Reviewers said nothing is new, but looks to me like he enjoyed almost every moment of it.
