I read The Ultimate Gift in 47 minutes, I read Of Mice and Men in 2 hours and 26 minutes, it took me two years to read Cloud Atlas, seeing those pages come to life was amazing and we ain't seen nothin' yet, trust me. And the interview promo bit that's out there! Lana Wachowski is out, there are Wachowski's speaking on camera, this has not happened for a while. I knew they have an interview in Keanu's film vs digital doc but the interview was certainly a nice surprise and explains the difficulty in getting financing and the complexity of the film being the reason for a five minute trailer.

I feel like i've watched the whole movie through that trailer but still have absolutely no idea what was going on.

This is either going to be a brilliant film or a bloated mess. I can honestly see critics going wild for it or ripping it apart i don't think there will be a middle ground.

Usually you'd just need to search 'movie trailers' at the Pirate Bay*. But the guy that does them, hasn't put anything up since June.

*That's the only use I actually have for that site though. I proudly turn into Stan Marsh at anyone who laughs at me for paying for my movies.

What's funny about this movie is that somehow I think Hanks is the X factor. I mean, this is so far outside of his usual realm of projects, it's almost mindboggling. I love the guy, but he tends to pick "safe" movies overall and this looks so bold, so unique... I'm most interested in his character(s) in it and what they do. I might read the book but this also seems like one of those cases where it might be better to go into the film knowing as little about it as possible.
