Comic Movie You Really Want To See Made...

13691.jpg

Seriously though...

-- Even though I really liked Superman Returns, a Superman movie that digs deeper into the Superman mythology
-- Daredevil 2
-- Fell (though at the same time I don't want it adapted)
-- any Astonishing X-Men arc
-- The Dark Knight Returns

Watchmen (honestly never heard of them before coming to this board but im reading the comics and the story seems intriguing)

Neither had I, and I just got done reading it for the first time. It's a great book.

Moon Knight
Deadpool
Green Latern
Captain America
Flash

there are others but I don't remember right now.

Teen Titans with a cast of 4 to 5 heroes and a good director could be really cool.
Deadpool- see my posts in the Marvel forum.
Flash- yeah, that could be really cool if they play with relativity and near light speed travel theory.
Green Arrow. maybe. still kind of on the fence with this one. he is a bit like a hippy batman, but the movie could work.
Another Daredevil. Keep the costume.
In 10 years do a Dark Knight returns.
I would keep Bale as Bats but add
James Marsters as The Joker

just the structure of his face sold me
Vin Diesel as the leader of the Mutants,

he kill you, he eat you heart

Kingdom Come...though it will never happen. That is the movie I would like to happen most that hasn't happend yet.

I would love to see kingdon come, but could you imagin the price tag?:wow:

That is why I say it will never happen. That would easily be the most expensive movie ever. Like all the LOTR movies for one epic movie.

But oh man would it be stunning, wonderful, and epic. I'd also make it around 3hrs long. It would be what LOTR was to Fantasy movies.

maybe someday. It could get the CGI treatment. Make the whole movie CG and save on the cost of the sets and actors. But the problem there is that you loose a lot of cred

I would prefer live action.

One can dream though.

I want live action too, but I saw a few issues with that.
1 Ross made these characters so real that no actor could do them justice.
2 while I don't like CGI it would allow for the insane amount of super powered feats that would need to be in this.
I just kind of hope that the Bruce Timm Crowd doen not do this. I love their stuff, but this one needs a different approach

I would try to make the actors look as much like Ross' drawings as possible. Sin City did a good job of making the actors look like the character a bit, so I would try the same thing.

I think this is a very meaningful story, especially with today's world.

Superhero movies have been mostly popcorn fun. I want to see some of the more meaningful stories translated to film.

 i'm with you all the way.
To bad Hollywood only sees $$$$$$$$:csad:

It really is a shame they can't see how powerful these movies and characters can be.

Why I will never get a Death of Captain Marvel movie either (another I'd love to see). Or Infinity Gauntlet.

The Inhumans
Death "The High Cost of Living" and "The Time of your Life"
Wildcats
Spawn 2
The Pitt
Green Lantern
Green Hornet
Werewolf by Night
Wolverine
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic

WildC.A.Ts would be awesome. Pretty much anything from Wildstorm (the original run) would be good. Danger Girl, Gen13(live action--would include DV8) Stormwatch, o yeah and Battlechasers

The Inhumans
Spawn 2

see now, were they ever intending on making a sequel or a trilogy to the original Spawn film? If not then they should have, would have been fitting as the first film was nothing short of excellent.

what is everyone toughts? Should a sequel to the past film be the proper way to go or should they just start from complete scratch?

IMO - get in contact with Michael Jai White and film a damn sequel already

I forget, did we ever decide if Evangelion would count as a comic book movie? After all, it does have a long-running Japanese comic series. If so, then it's at the top of my list!

And I might I recommend Hugh Laurie as Commander Ikari, the antagonistic father that you're all glad you weren't born to? Just look at this rather creepy yet oddly humorous manip! :woot:

I'd like to see Death's Head II and a Spawn remake, atleast
