I don't think so. I think it's just supposed to be a yearbook page. I would say the fact that Glee's cover is also pics of characters in boxes is just coincidence.

I watched live twitter updates from comic-con, I guess it was pretty crazy. They got a standing ovation for over two minutes, a lot of Chevy f-bombs and there is going to be an Apollo 13 episode. But isn't that what Community is all about? The little things? So many subtle jokes. Hell, the Dean's dalmation obsession started with a coffee mug. Community is just a run of the mill sitcom if not for the little things. The little running gags, the little sight jokes, etc. This is definitely a subtle jab at Glee (which the Community writers have taken on more than one occassion before). Of course its not a massive, overt, "HEY LOOK AT US, WE'RE MAKING FUN OF GLEE!!!!" joke. That's not Community's style.
