I vote for Tyler Mane. He's got the size. He's got the build. He usually wears his hair long (just needs to dye it black). And he's a better actor than many of the other actors mentioned (maybe not the first couple, but he has them beat in size and build).

I wouldn't go so far as that. The guy from Punisher: War Zone and the guy from No Country For Old Men are both fine actors. I just don't think they're physically right for the part. HHH and Batista have the right size and build, but can they act as anything other than wrestlers? Even if they do put in a great performance, the movie will totally bomb at the box office because everyone will just sluff it off as "just a wrestling movie". Tyler Mane is the only one with both the size, build, and enough successful movies at the box office under his belt that most people are likely to forget that he was a wrestler once upon a time. Besides, even though he was a wrestler, he wasn't a very well known one which saves him from that particular stigma of "he can't act, he's just a wrestler". I must confess to a certain level of ignorance to the other actors mentioned in the poll. If someone can post photos of each actor on this thread I would be able to make more informed comments.

You are commenting that wrestlers should play Conan? He's not some roided out giant. He's not even that big, he is tall, agile and lithe as a panther, he's not huge. Arnold's portrayal of Conan is pretty much the opposite of Conan yet it's what people who have never read REH think is Conan.
