I say bring in Guy Pierce and make it a sort of six part miniseries. I dont really care what storyline, just keep it gritty and violent with a massive amount of the awesome dry british cynical humor!

Paddy would be awesome for a lower budget just lean and mean supernatural film noir movie. But by low budget, I mean just like ditching all the BS and just making a movie for $25-30 million. Just saying you put Daniel Craig in this and suddenly it's like another bloated $100 million mess with ****** action like the Keanu flick that didn't get a sequel despite all the promises.

Yeah, DC would probably never let it happen, but I'd love for Hellblazer to just be a British movie, set in the UK, with a Brit cast, rather than a big Hollywood blockbuster, with the Hollywood blockbuster budget, A-list Hollywood stars and all the baggage that comes with that.

Dude have you been reading the thread at all? We are talking about a movie that underperformed in 2005. A sequel has yet to materialize. It ain't happening.
