We all are aware of the reality that the show is not getting as many viewers as it should be... look at the number of posters commenting on Gotham or AOS, this thread is not getting as many comments, so we know what's happening even without looking at the TRP numbers.

but why spoil the fun few posters are having by constantly bringing up the cancellation talk ?

I think that Matt Ryan is amazing so far as Constantine !

Especially Gotham. I love the cast but damn it Heller and Cannon have screwed the pooch in several area that made me give up by the time the Balloon-Man episode. Too on the nose for its own good. You could get away with that if this were say the late 90s/the early 2000s but not the 2010s in the age of Google, Wiki and Comixology.

The on-the-nose references to the comics aren't even the worst part. It's the weekly "mysteries" that are just killing the show for me. The Sionis episode was so f***ing stupid I can't fathom how that script even got out the door. A company where the interviewees fight and kill each other with office supplies just to get the job? Seriously? At least in the film Exam (which had a vaguely similar presence) it was set in the future after an apocalyptic event.

As an adaptation of Hellblazer #1-2 I thought it it was kind of underwhelming but in it's own right it was okay.
