Constantine Season 1, Episode 7 "Blessed Are The Damned" General Discussion

I don't get it, I know angels watches and can't change current events..

But this is like good vs. evil here.. aren't they the ones that have to protect earth by keeping away the evil?

The angel couldn't do anything, not even when there is another ANGEL involved. What's worse is that it's a FALLEN ANGEL, that should be a code red alert for angels to do something.

I mean what happens when the barrier between hell and earth is so thin or breaks that all the fallen angels come? The angels still do nothing?? BULLLLL there should be a line where the angel can cross.. i.e. angel on angel, hell breaking lose, etc..

What are the angels there, just to watch??

I didn't do nothin'. :o

Love that Zed's past is finally catching up to her. All you non-comic readers who asked why they brought Zed onto the show are in for a treat :cwink:

Really dug this episode.

-The Church/angel stuff is really cool.
-Gouls looked awesome, especially the way the one guy hobbled around.
-Ryan was in top form here.

Nice episode. The "protection" part killed me. :woot:

Girl playing Imogen would make a nice Chantinelle, when John realized preacher was going to hell I thought it might be her.

Also, in the very last scene, with the "Resurrection Crusade" guy in the car, I believe I discovered where John will acquire his new, longer trenchcoat:

And I agree with regwec's notion that "Justice League: Dark's" position right now might affect this shows future in a positive way.

I've been really digging this shoe since day one...

Yeah, shoes are great, without them it would be rather uncomfortable to walk on certain terrains. One the best mankind's inventions for sure!

Best episode yet in my eyes, loved all of the angel stuff and the fallen one, hope we get more of that going forward.
