    How did my dear cookie get banned?!

    I'm not starting a petition to get him free or anything, I was just curious as to why a moderator took his life. :csad:

    From what I understand, he used another user name to post porn. A moderator did an IP check of who the porn-poster is, it matched Cookvia's. As is Hype policy, both names were banned. :csad: I like Cookvia too.

    what's the deal with ip addresses? i'm internet tech dumb. does that tell you the location of someone's computer or something?

    Instead of banning him, he should just be banned from posting Pictures and Links, or creating other user names..if thats possible.

    He was at work during this incident.

    It was NOT his name which the porn was posted under. It was a co-worker that originally dared him to post the picture in question.

    I know cookie, he's a good egg. He wouldn't do that, because he knows the Hype rules.
