I think anyone who has extreme beliefs about anything is inevitably going to attract conflict.Haha you're right that he's a total *****e... but I kind of feel like anyone with extreme beliefs is going to be *****ey to defend themselves-- liberal or conservative.
Well for the posters who are like "Well I'm not political", it is possible that you could be involved with someone who is slightly or heavily into politics. So being "not political" can be just a topic of conflict as being a liberal or neo-con.

Well the point of my post, is that being "apolitical" can lead to just about as many arguements as being a republican, democrat etc.then avoid people who will argue with your stance at being apolitical.

However, you are on good date behavior for usually a few dates, and it is quite possible that topics of arguement are saved til later. It is possible not to find out about someone's political persuasions until down the road. Then what do you do when you have someone you are beginning to have feelings for.
Lastly, the point of this thread in my opinion is to discuss if you can work through those differences which aren't just who they are voting for in November, it's usually a reflection of their beliefs.
