Supergirl Crisis on Infinite Earths - Supergirl Edition

Since we can’t have a topic for crossovers that’s separate from each show for a while now I’ve been thinking I would start a thread, I just wasn’t planning on starting it before the season ended. Personally I didn’t really like Elseworlds and can’t say I’m looking forward to Crisis on Infinite Earths. This separate thread serves everyone, those who want to talk about CoIE have a clear place to do so and those who aren’t hyped for it and/or want to limit spoilers can ignore it.

Good idea, Um not real hyped either, looks to be as little or even less room for Supergirl, it will be Arrows loooong arse goodbye, so good idea....

Kinda interesting that they’re revisiting the Monitor and that this Crisis arc is being given such a long-term gestation. I’m a tad skeptical that the payoff will be worth the buildup. But… benefit of the doubt and all that.

Also - perhaps a mod could fix the typo in the thread title.

"Edition"? Although may be brierrose meant that Supergirl is an addition (as in, tacked on and not originally thought of as part of crossovers).

I don't see the need to de-power Supergirl when they're facing the biggest threat in the Anti-Monitor as well as just showcasing the other heroes. There are ways of doing it.
