I wouldn't say "never" since there are some opportunities to see them.The only issue I have with this game is right now you are going to customize the hell out of your character, and then never see them.
There's a unicorn, and disappearing clothes, sex in the clouds while floating, every woman uses the same moves but Yen, and everyone has the same underwear. And that's before we get into Geralt's foreplay.
That's what I mean. If you really can do all that, seeing the character sporadically feels like a bit of a waste.

So do I. I think they are fun, if not a bit repetitive outside the "special" ones. I enjoy the foreplay. Geralt is the best and worst James Bond.
I definitely think we will see some of that. Games are just sort of now entering adulthood. Look at the progress from the first god of war, to the newest.

If by in-depth you mean you can customize your genitals, then no.
Still, there's quite a lot of features you can customize as you would expect from an Obsidian RPG. I think there was someone who was able to get Paul Rudd's face in the game...
