Just when you thought the VS threads couldn't get any more ******ed. If the Beyonder (Or any generica all powerfull character) teleported Joe Q and Dan Dido into a ring with no prep time and no weapons and forced them to fight who would win?

Dan DiDio. He's made some mistakes post-IC, but for simply orchestrating IC itself, he deserves a ton of credit. Plus he seems to have done a good job locking in really great writers at DC (Morrison, Waid, Rucka, etc).

I don't know if you're cool yet. The only people about whom I've made decisions on coolness are Erzengel, who I preliminarily think is cool, and blind_fury, who looks pretty well not cool. Seriously, that dude's attitudes about women and sexuality, not to mention his delusions about his own sexcapades, are very off-putting.

Dan DiDio would win and impale Quesada with a fireplace poker. Then Brian Michael Bendis takes over as Marvel's EIC and the Internet *****es twice as bad as they did before. And then Bendis kills DiDio and puts Bruce Jones in as EIC of DC. Jones then orders that octopus monsters be placed in every DC comic for all of eternity.

Basically, if this fight occurs the comic book industry is forever doomed.

Airware's name is "Harold 'Hal' Jordan" his father is Hal "Green Lantern" Jordan's cousin... they were both named for the same common ansestor. Apparently when DC reviseted the Golden Age Character whose name was Larry Jordon, someone thought it would be cute to name his son the same as the current Green Lantern.
