In the online comic there is an African-American chick with superspeed in the Future Timeline. But I don't think it was Monica.

Because the speedster in the comics looks like her. Per the previews, however, it seems like she has a different power.

I believe she has the ability to duplicate perfectly any action she sees anyone make. She can watch a kung-fu movie and literally know kung-fu.
