I vote none of the above:

Drunk Tony.

I think we are all overlooking how hard it really would be to pull off those dance moves in the Iron man suit. :side:

Oh, man. This movie is going to make for some awesome gifs. :woot:

I can already see Dancing Hammer becoming a meme.

It's too bad no one has uploaded the scene where he starts dancing in the movie Moon.

Both of them were 10000 times better than EMO Peter Parker breaking out into dance twice in SM3.

Hammer.

Tony was drunk and had no serious control over the dancing.

Hammer geniunely thought he was being awesome. :awesome:

My favorite part was when Hammer did that last little step at the end. My dad turned to me and said "He's such an ***hole!" :funny:

To give EMO Peter Parker some credit, its been 3 years and we're still talking about him. Dude had a lasting impression.

Hammer.

Hammer was my favorite part of the film. I know I know .... should be RDJ ... but honestly Rockwell KILLED IT .... love his character. Hope he gets used later in IM3 or The Avengers.

Hammer. Rockwell was hilarious in this movie and stole all of his scenes from Rourke in this movie, IMO.

But I'll be the first to say it. Drunk Tony dancing gave me flashes of Emo Parker:

Not as bad. But they are cousins, in my opinion.

Not for me .... Tobey looked ridiculous because that scene was so horribly out of place ....and let's be honest, it was Tobey.

At the point that the birthday scene went down, we had already previously learned what a loose canon he had become. I mean the guys is DYING ... lol .... We've already known him to be a party boy from the first film.

I thought the scene was hilarious. Especially the part about urinating in his suit. :hehe:

Hammer FTW! Forget Avengers lets get a Justin Hammer spin-off! dude mad me laugh. Funny that someone after the credits made a stupid connection with Justin Hammer and the crater in my theater.

Excuses, excuses. I think the Emo dancing was worse. But this was in the same ballpark. It was cheesy and too comedic. Seeing Tony dance in that suit and then get in a drunken brawl wasn't that clever. It just reminds me of Superman III and Spider-Man 3 where they turn the hero's darkside into a bad joke. It is opening weekend, so it is okay now. But fans will turn on thiss scene soon, especially after they watch it on DVD a lot. Because it honestly does not work. Rockwell' sdancing was funny. Tony dancing was just a lame gag with Favreau in the same mindset as Raimi. Favreau didn't add hip thrusts or a bad haircut and disco music. But it is an apples to apples comparison.

IMO, It's Peter Parker > Drunk Iron Man > Hammertime > Battsouai

I sensed shades of Spidey 3 when Tony started dancing, but not nearly as bad. It was at least in a setting where someone could be somewhat excused for starting to dance and there was at least an excuse for it, but SM3 practically turned into a musical with him dancing down the street, and it took everyone out of the movie.

I don't think so. That scene was very important and it did work.

At that point Tony just accepted he was gonna die... so he went and got out of his brain. He wanted to go out with a party.

He didn't care that he was further poisoning himself by using the suit, he didn't care that he was putting innocent lives at risk. He was totally in "don't give a flying **** mode".

I don't think it was that funny, i thought it was pretty sad to be honest.

I've been hearing that a lot.

"It's Justin's HAMMER!"

I guess that's what happens when you inexplicably (to non-comic fans) show a hammer in a movie whose villain is named Hammer. It's quite understandable, actually. Funny, but understandable.
