Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Mattel is run by dumb f***s.

They go through this **** with every new line now a days. But, hey, there's still a chance will get the MM figures on eBay for a thrify $300 bucks!

Yeah i think were all screwed and these will definitely be online exclusive. But hey as long as i can get them one way or another. Punisher Rising your right a lot of stores in my area have close to no dark knight merch especially target. Toys r us is the only store that even has its own section still. But frankly i just sick of all this ***** and just want the damn figures.

Check Toys R Us for the MM's. Mine has a display full of them, all marked down. The basic line has also been popping up at "cheap" stores like Family Dollar and Big Lots. IF any new Movie Masters see release, they will be harder to get than the intial shot of these things a year ago. No retailer is going to carry this line being after stuck with ones that came out last year.

We are also discussing this over on LoG, and Matt was able to get in touch with Mattel over this news. Seems that the line is indeed in limbo for now and they are discussing the future of the line internally to decide where they should go with it.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up. And i figured mattel was in discussions on what to do with this line. God its just such a shame to let this line go to waste. I guess it should have been a sign that these things would definitley go Mattycollector.com exclusive after the news that the ghostbusters figures would be only available on mattycollector.com

Well after reading Matts post on LoG. Im sure when SDCC comes around Mattel will tell everyone that these will be available on mattycollector.com starting in August. I wouldnt mind it but the price could get steap with shipping and could potentially break the bank for me. Thats if they release them all at once which im sure they wont do.

Thanks for the tips. I know of a TRU I can get too easily enough via bus, so sometime soon I'll try to head there and see if they have any MMs. What MMs have you seen at your TRU and for what prices?

this is what scares me...i think it's safe to say most of us would want at least 2 of each of these (1 MOC,1 Opener) ,so the cost could reach $50 + for 2 of them,when they should be no more than $20 + for 2 of them...

Mine has both the TDK and Begins Batman, tons and tons of Jokers, and some thugs. There was a sale buy 2 get one free. They are $11.99 each.

My toys r us also had a similar sale a couple of months ago but it was buy 1 get two free. Even after that sale they still have atleast 50 or so movie masters left in this giant bin. theres about 25 BB batmans, 15 Jokers and 10 or so of Scarecrow and there are some figs in the regular isle as well. Like everyone here im worried about mattycollector prices. They need to be $9.99 plus shipping. Thats the only way it will work out, but knowing Mattel they will prob be $19.99 plus shipping. Only reason being is that they know that they will sell for that price. As much as we b**ch we will still be buying these and they know that.

if you're any good at customizing,the CB Two-Face head is as big as the MM heads,and with an extra Thug body you can make a custom MM Two-Face,if the real one never gets released,that's what i did...

Im just curious as to how good there customer service is and of course how reliable they are when it comes to the dates they post as far as pre order items. Im obviously interested in pre ordering the New MM waves just an added security blanket for myself, incase they do or dont go mattycollector.com exclusive. Any info on BBTS would be greatly appreciated.
