I haven't seen this posted yet. What could be the topic of the press conference? And by "others involved in TDK could be appearing," could the Joker "crash" the party?

THE DARK KNIGHT publicist Eric Levin announced today that director Christopher Nolan and actor Christian Bale will be holding a press conference at 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 8 at a yet-to-be determined location in Chicago. Levin made the announcement through an e-mail to BOF contributor Cary Ashby.

The press release mentioned that others involved in TDK could be appearing at the press conference as well, but arrangements were pending. Levin, weeks earlier, called it "a press cast conference" and said the event required reservations.

20 bucks says that the entire conference will consist of people shouting questions while Bale and Nolan twiddle their thumbs, whistle nonchalantly, and stare up at the ceiling. For two hours straight, then they pack up and leave.

That I don't think Nolan or bale will answer that, just to getting us hyped up for that. They never said that Liam Neeson is Ra's after all. someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I dont know, i'm quite fond of the idea of a Selina Kyle name-drop at the end of TDK. Just a casual mention to get us excited for her in the next movie. I think it's a bit too late for her to have an actual role in this film if we haven't already heard anything.

But yeah, knowing who Hall is playing would be great. I wonder what else they'll talk about. Man! This is exciting!
