There's a min and max cap between what level you can summon a character, however if it's a mate, you can still summon each other with the code system and the levels should be scaled.

Yea thats what I thought. I knew there was like a 10ish or so level cap that you had to be to summon a random, yet using the password system ignored those restrictions.


I wish i could get to a level high enough where I could no longer be invaded. Its just so f'ing annoying. I don't mind going toe to toe with some enemy phantom but 99.9999% of the time all they do is come in to my world and then haul ass and hide within a group of enemies. If I don't have one of those seeds im kinda boned.

I literally had a dude chase me around a tree for about 45 mins.. throwing lightening or some **** at me.. and I'd pop out, shoot an arrow.. and run. Eventually I used the thing to turn enemies hostile towards him... and, well.. I got the last shot on him before he died.

Pretty funny actually. It legit felt like a dumb cartoon.

Haha yea there have been times where I was co oping with a friend and a dude invaded and the moment he realized they had invaded a world with multiple people, they just haul ass towards the nearest group of enemies. Im like thats BS. If you are going to be a d**k and invade anothers world, then you risk having to fight multiple ppl, you shouldn't be allowed to run away like a f'ing punk. Stay and fight, otherwise, don't invade or better yet, use dark summoning.

Last night I was with a buddy and we got invaded and because Im with the Way of the Blue, I was able to get a 3rd teammate to help me, the second this dude saw the 3 of us, he hauled ass and then i see the message pop up that the invading phantom had returned home. Yea, he deff got a message from me calling him out as the punk ass he was.

Finally got to play some more today. Just got to Lorian, Elder Prince. May have to try and take him down tomorrow.

He was easily the best Cinder boss, my tactic if you're melee? Hug him.

Abyss Watchers was my favorite Cinder boss. Shame how easy they are. Same thing with Vordt. He's a lot of fun to fight but so easy to beat.

So funny thing happened recently on DS1. A few weeks back I was in the Painted World with a **** connection and got invaded. He left after a minute so I assumed he died from the message but then he started messaging me calling all sorts of rude names and various other insults. I got annoyed, reported him and the next day he was suspended. I check back the other day and it looks like he got his account fully banned.

I guess my pvp skills are l33t.

Does anyone think the PvP is a tad too fast paced? It's either Estuc spam or Ultra Greatsword one hitting from my experience, not even implying i'm half decent at pvp.

Demons Souls and DS2 were the same price, I bought DS2 as it won the coin toss.

Be starting it a bit after Plat'ing DS1. Just four trophies to go.

Base version on PS3. I plan to get the DLC next pay. Maybe DS1's DLC too.

Speaking of DS1, anyone on PS3 interested in helping me get the knights honor trophy? I just don't feel like going through the game a few more times on NG++.

Well finally beat Dark Souls 3, no summoning. Glad I got it done today, since this week Uncharted 4 is coming out.

Finally got my hands on this game. Currently on Aldrich. Game is pretty cool.

Finished this last night. I'm curious what others thought about it and how you would rank it in the series.

There were a couple of flaws, but I really liked it a lot personally. For me it's probably right in the middle.

Demon's Souls
Dark Souls II

I haven't played it yet, but for what it's worth, based on what I've heard I would probably consider SOTFS as a separate thing from vanilla DSII.

I played every game in the series and never had a desire to finish them, but I beat this one and really loved it. Bloodborne was my fav in the series, but I think this might have topped it.

I think Bloodborne was my favourite or maybe the 1st Dark Souls. Demon Soul's was wonderful too.

Dark Souls 3 needs some patches and I want to see what the DLC will add, I'd definitely like a pvp arena and I think Covenants like Darkmoon or Mound Makers should get their sigils from any pvp fight, it shouldn't be so stricted.

I have DS2 and Demons Souls is on sale for $10 for the next week or so. I'll be flipping a coin after buying DS and the coin will decide what happens.

Took me forever to get the Knights Armor one. I got one guy to help me and I had to level up one character 67 levels to match him. I was trying to do a level 40 run just for fun and got to Gwyn but never bothered fighting as I wanted the knights honor trophy. I had to meet with the guy about 20 times over two characters to give him stuff due to his connection cutting out.

It's done and I'm taking some time off DS for a bit. Maybe play some Fallout NV or 3. They're going to be so damn easy after all of this. They have adjustable difficulty levels.

So it's been a few days and Demon's Souls won the coin toss. So I started that and am vaguely annoyed that I have half health already.

You get full health back when you're in human form. Also I think there's a ring you can get early on that gives you more health when you're hollow.
