I wasn't too sure how Jeff Bridges would looks like as Darkseid, so I did this manip.

If Darkseid is going to look that human, they can just put the actor in costume with some cgi enhancements.

Why would he not? That's about how human he's always looked in the comics.

I thought he'd be old and wrinkly and retired, but he's still acting and still looks fresh for his age. Maybe......... just maybe...............

Eh, I wouldn't worry about it, as after a while they'll normally give everyone the ability to just buy him.

Not really a big deal to me, as what's 5 dollars compared to being able to kickass as Darkseid.

I have only just got back into gaming in the last year or so after a long hiatus. And I despise this business of DLC or buying unfinished games only to have be corrected later on.

I have only just got back into gaming in the last year or so after a long hiatus. And I despise this business of DLC or buying unfinished games only to have be corrected later on.

It's a catch 22 though. Games are more expensive than ever to develop and inflation/deflation whatever hasn't been kind to the industry.

Games cost the same today that they did 15 years ago, but they're expected to have more content, better graphics, better narratives, ect.

The DLC exist to help them make their money back.

On the flipside you'll get developers nickeling and dimeing their consumer base for garbage. Best thing you can do is vote with your wallet.

If a DLC isn't worthwhile don't spend your money on it. On the flipside if the devstudio packs their DLC to the brim then go ahead and spend that $20.00. In that way you can influence how a developer does business.

I'm glad NR came out and put a +$30.00 price tag on their premium edition. They get their money back and we get a lot of conent for that money.

Better than charging $5/skin pack or character. That right there is robbery.

When we get Highfather and the gods of New Genesis, what kind of appearance should they have? Should we expect a Highfather of the more classic appearance or reminiscent of the New 52?

Speaking personally I like the design Izaya had in the Injustice series.

You know who I think would be a good High Father, Liam Neeson, he'd also be a good Darkseid if you don't mind a Darkseid with an accent. How about Liam Neeson as Darkseid (for his intimidating voice) and Jeff Bridges as High Father (for his ability to pull off characters with a Zen personality).

Not a bad option. A little predictable given his past roles as the likes of Aslan and Zeus, but that doesn't take away from the fact that Neeson would likely kill it. Darkseid too, I think Neeson should play more villains (especially in light of Batman Begins).

But JEFF BRIDGES as Highfather? Shut up and take my money!

I'd prefer him to play Highfather like a slightly more proactive combo of the Dude, and Kevin Flynn from Tron: Legacy.

I prefer the more classical look. The Injustice one is good because it sticks closer to that. The New 52 had some hit and miss looks for the characters, some changes just for the sake of it. I want Highfather to have more of an ancient look than trying to go hi-tech/modern. (Though I guess they could incorporate some futuristic stuff on him.)
