IMDB has four David Andrews, actors. I can imagine this guy would be a good fit for some military casting, I've seen him on TV quite a few times. Good military-type character actor.

But of course, we can't rule this guy out as the Mandarin, too!

Yeah, I'm sure it's not a big role. you can tell by the casting so far that Jon wouldn't pick someone as unknown as him for a large role, instead he'll probably be something like "man eating burger" or "man with explosive diarrhea," and only have 1-2 lines.

I have been a huge DA fan ever since he took on the role of "Restaurant guest" in the pilot of the promising TVseries "Women in Law". Sadly the show never aired.
DA, however, has since then had a remarkable success taking roles such as "Hotel guest" and "Airline passenger". The monthly Dave Andrews newsletter adds fuel to the rumour that he will play "Security guard 5" in Iron Man.

He does look like he could be a Happy contender... hm.

I say he's Happy and the Mandarin. OK, we can all stop guessing now.

edit: I didn't know this guy was a Brit. They must be meshing Happy together with Jarvis... which puts him in perfect position to steal Tony's secrets and come at him as the Mandarin. That's much better.

He certainly does, the resemblance is near perfect.

But as others have mentioned, given his previous filmograhpy he could just as easily be "Janitor". Guess we'll find out sooner or later.

Something that may also suggest that he is playing Happy was the news that they were filming on a race track. Which some have alleged could be the scene where Stark meets Happy.

Yeah it does look like he could be a Happy character. I wonder if we'll get to see some scenes between him and Pepper. So isn't Jarvis gonna be in this movie?
