I'm actually surprised. I remember when X3 came out she said it was definitely the last time she was playing a superhero, plus all the stuff between her and Singer.

Then again, as people have pointed out, her career isn't what it was 10 years ago.

Not sure how true that is.

Bryan has said publicly at least twice that he loves working with her. Last week he said they were "working out the details" with another major star who remained genderless. I think he may have been referring to Halle.

And Halle went on a campaign for X4, didn't she? I seem to remember telling the audience at the 2006 People's Choice Awards to support an X4 project. So she clearly wasn't against returning as Storm. Catwoman? Yes. LOL

I remember that!

Halle changed her tune after last Stand was released and publicly advocated X4.

Halle's comments says basiclly she agreed to be In film but they have to iron out her contract still.

You should get them. The question Is will they be recast due to 11 year time jump In DOFP.

If 30 year olds can play 20 year olds and teens with no problem, then that shouldnt be an issue. Alot of the time you cant tell the age of an actor.

oh they can use the same guys. Give havok longer hair...maybe facial hair for banshee. Its all good.

agree. The make-up crew could make them just a bit older too, and it would be fine.

We dont need to see really a 11 years different on all the actors. As long as they look different from FC, I think it would be fine

Star Magazine says there's some cattiness over screen-time brewing:

The stars of the new X-Men sequel, Days of Future Past, may be ready to suit up for filming, but Star has learned that the A-list cast is anything but united. Jennifer Lawrence is furious with director Bryan Singer for slashing her screen time in favor of Hugh Jackman and Anna Paquin – and she's not alone in her ire.

"Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy are also victims of Bryan's editing pen, and they’re just an annoyed as Jen is," tattles the on-set source. "All three stars are earing $3 million for their roles. So they’ve decided to team up and make a plea to Bryan"

But Jen’s managers are worried about her breaking rank this early in her career.

"Bryan Singer is not the sort of person you want to piss off," warns the insider. "She should just shut up and get on with things."

I believe it.

Star Magazine? :oldrazz:

It doesn't sound too far fetched though. With a cast this large and filled with stars, I'd be surprised if there were no problems with egos and screentime. It's interesting that it says he's upping Paquin's screentime.

Considering she didn't even started reading the script until at least Monday... ;)

Not only that but I don't buy it from Lawrence, to be honest.

Star Magazine? :whatever:

Jenn has barely read the script.

Eh. Unless you're a massive X-Men fan and really wanted a different film, it seems like kind of a silly thing to get upset about, especially if you're part of a project like this, and already kind of high profile. Not sure I buy it.

Lawrence knows what her role this time requires, how long she'll be needed, etc.

Just because she hasn't read the script doesn't mean she's blind to what she will be doing in Days of Future Past.

Ok, Jamie. :whatever:

It's Star ****ing magazine. You may as well trust The Daily Mail.

Not to mention, Anna, in particular, is pretty damn but until near the tail end of the shoot.

lol It seems like such a Star Magazine article. "Jen's mad at Bryan, who's crushin on Michael, who's teaming with James to get a larger role!"

Looks like Jen is planning on doing the same thing that people accuse Halle berry of. And I guess it is no coincidence that this after her oscar win.

I don't believe it for a moment though.:word:

And yet The Daily Mail scored big scoops on Skyfall.

Tabloids are scum. But if you guys are so naiive to believe there aren't egos in play here and everyone is all lovey and dovey making movies, :whatever: indeed. Stay in your bubble.

I honestly had a feeling something like this was bound to happen.
