I once made my own Nite Owl figure when I was little by painting over one of my GI JOES :P I forgot his name but he had wings.

Dan is really skinny there. Rorschach looks great. And the Nightowl suit is starting to grow on me. I looked away for a second, and from the corner of my eye it looked like a real owl......that was mighty tall.

Re, the belly...

Patrick Wilson tends to be in great shape. Now, he may have packed on some weight for the role, or might be wearing some prosthetics, but the Owlsuit is supposed to make him look slimmer, fitter, more attractive. So don't judge how Dan will look by the suit, which is designed to enhance the appearance of his physique.

Apparently we'll get to see two more at the NY Comic-Con this weekend. Hopefully it's Veidt and Laurie. It'll clear up some debate about Ozy's costume if we can see the colors, and the picture of Laurie didn't really show too much so it'd be nice to see the full thing.

Completely agreed; though I wanna see Comedian and I haven't even seen what Doc Manhattan looks like, so I hope we get to see it all. t:

The action figure actually makes me like the Nite-Owl design even better. It helps to be able to see the cape, and his whole body. Although, his neck is long, and shouldn't Rorschach's gloves match his pants? Not that mismatching would be out of character, but I seem to remember them being purple.

Actually, I'm not quite feeling the Rorschach figure. His arms look really awkward, and I don't like his inkblots... it looks too much like a face to me; kinda kills the The Question connection a bit.

I like Rorch's alot, but my intial reaction to the Nite Owl figure was kinda meh. I think Some better pics, or seeing it in person would help more.
