But Mattel is doing 3 variants of J'onn. Classic, pointy head, and weapon hand.

 

I could be wrong on this, but from what I understand, there's going to be the regular J'onn, and then the variant with the alien head AND weapon hand.

I don't think they've ever done 2 variants on top of a regular figure before, at least not in the same wave.

The pic is the standard version. Regular head.

 

Same here.They made the last two leaguers I wanted Zatanna and Martian Manhunter.Now all I need is the rest of the Bat rouges made.

That is the pointy head version. Note the lack of a weapon hand. Unless it's a clip on like Iron and Gold's weapons.

 

That's kinda dumb how similar the two different heads are. I would think the "Alien" head would be more, ya know....alieny, instead of just barely, kinda ever so slightly pointed. That's dumb.

And that mysterious weapon hand whatever looks like it has to be some kinda clip on deal. Fwoosh has pics of the standard and the chase figure, and neither one has a weapon hand. Hmmm...something's weird here.

I hope the chase is easy to find, because I like the "Alien" head WAY better than the normal one. Weapon hand or not.

Bats I'm wondering...Why are you always selling off a collection or trading then buying a new collection and then selling that one to rebuy your old collection.Just curious.

Dude really I'm really like that for me sometimes...I can buy something for say $40 get rid of it within a few months then decide I want it back and rebuy it....

 

Does your DCUC Robin w/stand come with his staff? What would you want for him instead of figures?

 

Mattel has changed the DCUC wave stucture again. They've cut it back the number of figures per wave slightly. Starting with wave 16 stand figures have been turfed and 1 variant only per wave.

Some combination of Toyfare and thefwoosh. Toyfare has pics of wave 16's CnC, Bane. And Creeper, Jonah Hex, and Kyle Rayner in his post Ion GL uniform. I hear that spandex Riddler and Dick-as-Robin are/might be part of it too.

Eh Riddler is a waste of spot considering they haven't done major Bat rouges like Ra's Al Ghul,Black Mask and Poison Ivy.

 

Eh they've done all of Bat's major villains. Those 3 are not in that club, they are second stringers. And thefwooshers are saying that Az-Bats is the 6th member of the wave. And one guy who claims to have "inside sources" says that Dick in street cloths is the variant.

 

Ra's Al Ghul's a second stringer?

Anyway, I just picked up ToyFare #158. GL Corps are apparently getting their own sub-line, which is good for GL fans. I'll probably just get Kyle and be perfectly content.

The primary DCUC line will have Knightfall Batman, Dick Grayson Robin (with a "modern" variant. Whether that means he'll have street clothes or what, I dunno), Spandex Riddler, Mercury from the Metal Men, Jonah Hex, the Creeper, and CnC Bane (I sure hope he's not too big. Yeah, Bane's a big guy, but he still had human proportions, even way back when he was on venom).

 

No it's two different heads, look for SDCC pics. Plus there is the Legion 12 pack.

 

i'd be possibly interested in Riddler, Man-Bat (if brown), Catwoman, DCUC joker, Croc.

since when is Ra's and Ivy "not a major bat villain"?....

hell both have even been in movies....

when people think bat villains i think most would say..
