DC Universe Classics

I was able to complete 2 DCUC BAF Despero & Atom Smasher, got Kid Flash, but bought him for the arm.

Picked up blue beetle at toys r us last week. Funny story. When the cashier rang him up, he wouldn't scan so they called for a price check and they gave her the wrong upc and he costed me only like 6.58 or something. They gave her the upc for the smaller figures instead of the 6 inch lol. I of course said nothing other than "thank you" with a smile.

Lucky SOB.

Just a heads up to the rest of the Canadians. Wave 7 popped up at my local TRU. I wasn't able to get any though.

Wave 7's been out here for more than a month. :cwink:

Canada routinely gets the shaft when it comes to figs being released.

Edmonton still hasn't gotten 7 yet...that or they sold out very fast and refilled the pegs with other stuff.

She's in wave 10 with Joker. A wave that is Wal-Mart exclusive. :cmad:

This might be a little bit out there, but I'm hoping they make a Superman wave or something along the lines of that. A wave that follows a certain superhero, like wave 11 and Green Lantern. I think they could include Steel, Lex Luthor, and other characters (maybe Mxyzptlk or something?), with a C&C of Doomsday. Of course, I may be completely alone in this matter.

It's a good idea, and a bad one at the same time.

using your example, Superman fans would be in heaven, but guys who couldn't care less about Supes wouldn't buy it and it wouldn't sell well.

Didn't they start out that way with the DC Super Heroes line? A Batman wave and then a Superman wave? and anyway, besides Bats and Supes, which DC character could sell well enough to carry their own line?....I can't think of one either.

picked up DCUC: Capt. Marvel, Batman Beyond, Classic Detective Batman

Maybe they could do a merger and have a Superman/Batman wave, and get that out of the way? :woot: They could have Lex, Alfred, Huntress, etc. The only C&C I can think of, though, is Darkseid, because that's the only overlapping villain I can think of. Maybe I'm just completely wrong and this is a horrible idea.:hehe:

I don't know about a whole wave of only one heroes rouges gallery. Flash only has like 6-7 rouges (which is actually a Sinister Six like group). They've done Captain Cold. Which leaves Heatwave, Captain Boomarang, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, The Trickster, and maybe Abra Cadabra. When ever Flash Rouges are done it includes some combination of these guys.

I'd prefer a sort of inverse wave, 1 hero and 6 villians. 1 villian from each of the big 3's gallery. Supes and Bats would be tricky. Superman especailly as most of his big bads were done in DCSH, and are being, or were, reissued in DCUC. For Batman new versions of Bane or Scarecrow would be nice. Wonder Woman you could have Circe or Cheetah. Then a GL baddie, Star Sapphire or Black hand. A Flash rouge from the list above. Ocean Master. I'd also love a DCUC version of Martian Manhunter.

The DCSH scarecrow is awesome, Redo BANE and Killer Croc.
