DC's Definitive Joker origin

by the way, the whole bunny on the moon thing didnt come out of nowhere....people like to find images on the moon, and the bunny doing a backflip is a popular one:

just read issue 9 and this is getting better and better all the time. CONFIDENTAIL and DC COMICS rock.

Now if only DC would sort out BATMAN...

Still, 9 seems very 'BB' and screams TDK tie-in.

I think I remember a native american story about how back in the day there were actually *two* suns and it was so bright outside that no one could hunt or pick berries or fornicate in the bushes without getting pricked. But then one brave warrior grabbed a bunny and threw it at one of the suns and extinguished it. So what we're looking at is barbecue.

I just can't seem to enjoy this book, like few of you. It feels cheap compared to TKJ & TMWL. If DC wants to establish a definitive Joker origin the need to do it right! Bring Back Breyfogle!!

Your are right ! Let Breyfogle do it.
Here's (again) a taste of Norm's Joker:

I didnt like confidential 10 as much as others. I still very much prefer the Killing Joke. There are a lot of things that doesnt need answers.

Bat-Con is my "Ultimate" Batman.

All-Star is my quarterly comic relief.

You were just waiting for an opportunity to unleash that weren't you? :ninja:

indeed, and I seized the opportunity damn it, seized it like you might seize a penis...

I'm inferring you're gay.

And by gay, I mean a homosexual.

And by a homosexual, I mean you're a man who likes to have sex with other men.

And by sex, I mean you instert your penis into there anus. Or vice versa.

Just clarifying :o

I think what makes the moment fail is that it has the one dialogue bubble that says "Bunny!" which just looks ridiculous. The moment where he looks up at the moon I don't mind... but I rather wish that when Batman saw him, he was simply laughing.

Am I the only one who liked his nails painted green? :O

You know, dead cells in his body got dyed from the chemicals (nails, hair, etc.). I know they're not going for realism, but I thought it was a nice touch.

Sure.

It worked in the '89 movie.

Jack kinda wore gloves. I'm talking more about the nails than the hair.

Yeah, in the majority of his scenes he did. But there was a couple of scenes where we saw his bare hands, and his finger nails were dark green.

Looked cool.

O rly? I've never seen that. Pcs plz. :o

Just picture the scene where he meancingly reaches his hand out of the chemicals...the nails are green.

I'd post a pic from the DVD, but I have no idea how that all works...
