DCU Online BETA Problem Help ASAP!!

OK i know there is a thread for dcu online but im getting no response there and i need help ASAP.

My BETA key is not working and i cant download the game! Just wondering if anyone has had the problem at all and how to fix it!

Is it for PS3? If so, you must be a PS3 Plus member to download

Kal I answered you in the original thread. it' would be best if we knew which you doing is the pc or ps3 beta?

And go to help on your top right and hit help and go to support

and go to search knowledge base.


but the most effective way to get it fixed fast is to call their cali phone number too, which is 8585370898 (this one worked best for me) if your in europe then call your local Sony in your area I guess.
