I am fairly certain I understand why you are interested in Shatterstar.

I would keep my expectations in check. It is clearly they are drawing from the extremely stupid, 90's extreme basis.

Ya, I'm expecting 90s but still hoping to be surprised.

On the bright side this is an extremely aware creative team. The X-Force reception has been positive and a big part of the campaign.

So hopefully Shatterstar stars fans will be good. They are name dropping him as a member of X-Force and at the start of the trailer, so now there will be expectations. His civilian clothes are actually a decent grounded take imo. Gotta throw some more money on his battle suit though.

His civilian clothes are great. They are very much from his redisign in Peter David's X-Factor, a run I wish they were drawing from.

Got this info off of BOT but the review embargo for this is May 11th. There's a big screening tonight for journalists from South America and Mexico in Mexico (I know I mentioned that already but I wasn't sure if it was tonight or tomorrow night and who exactly it was for lol). Also the NYC premiere for this is in 2 weeks which makes sense based on that embargo date.

I don't know. Kevin Feige was asked about the Deadpool 2 trailer and he said he loved it and loves Ryan's take on the character. He also pretty much burned the version in Origins lol so I'm guessing that if Feige is involved he won't change him that much if he were to incorporate him

Feige knows the first rule of a successful business is... don't fix what isn't broke.

As long as Deadpool and co are making north of 700 million with an R rating nothing will change.

Fiege isn't Disney though and they will likely have the final say.

Course would a PG13 deadpool make just as much money or more? probably yeah.

And its one of those things where FOX likely would offer more freedom in their deadpool movies but would Disney be more careful due to their overall company image?

I imagine Disney won't be hiding that they own marvel.

At Disney events you will likely get Marvel and Star Wars related stuff even if lucasfilm or Marvel are more associated to them
