Do you think they'll slightly play up his love for Chimichungas and the Golden Girls in the movie? I just thought of that
what about duct tape? he should restrain someoen with it and so do overkill

Am I the only one who wants to see new gags and less adaptations of jokes that've already been done in the comic books?

I really would't mind a little nod (or a big nod) to the comics... Hell, 2004's Punisher even improved lines from the comic book. The declaration of intent in the movie, flows a lot better then the one in the comic book.

You need things from the comics, that's what makes Deadpool who he is. We want a at least semi accurate Deadpool film right?

But obviously there needs to be original situations and jokes in there.

Theirs so many things they can put in the movie from the comics. I'd love to see him kill some clowns. :awesome:

Can't wait 'til we hear a little more about this film. Especially who will be directing it. :woot:

Don't get me wrong here, I absolutely want the Deadpool from the comics. Inch by inch. I just don't want the same lines and gags that I already read or saw, get it?

I want everything the comics have AND more :P

But don't pretend the Chimichanga thing wouldn't be badass.

I also came up with this idea:

(Water Baloon Catapult, btw)

EQUALS

WIN!

After seeing IM2, it pisses me off even more that Deadpool is in the ****** Fox universe. RDJ and RR playing off each other would be so awesomely fantastic. I want to see those two in a movie together so much, I don't care what it is.

Ummm, I can't even imagine RR and RDJ would share the same picture even if they were...I mean, he's never been with the Avengers.

Isn't Deadpool with that group of dudes who jump realities, anyways?

Irrelevant. If they were in the same movie universe one of them could easily pop up in the other one's movie for a few minutes. And just because he's never been with the Avengers in the comics doesn't mean anything for the movies. Also, he doesn't have to be an Avenger to appear the Avengers' movie. But whatever, it's all a moot point.

RDJ and RR in a movie together would be awesome! It is a shame it won't happen... at least for them being Iron Man and Deadpool in a movie. It really does suck that theirs basically no chance of it happening, though.

Deadpool's had run-ins with the Avengers before. Plus, they the movie could have a dire situation where they need all of Earth's heroes to help... Then DP gets the call & decides to join in the fun.

Now that FC & Wolvie 2 got their own sections, looks like we'll be almost alone here now. :awesome:

The Avengers would never call on Deadpool... unless it was like, an actual suicide mission.

Or if he just got involved without permission.

or like, stowed away in the quinjet for ****s and gigglesm wait thats showing uo without permission

That wouldn't work at all. Do you know how much it costs to get actors to do cameos (except as favors to specific directors who they are close with)? The short answer is lots; even if for a few minutes. The only time moviemakers can warrant that kind of expenditure is if they're foreshadowing said actor and character's appearance in a later movie. Live-action isn't quite like comics where cameo appearances cost significantly less budget-wise.

It amazes me when people feel the need to start an argument over something that was stated as wishful thinking.

Likely the latter.

Don't they already have a regenerative, unkillable badass on their team?

Not trying to start an argument. Perhaps I could have worded it differently but (I thought) you genuinely believed that Deadpool and other superheroes could 'easily pop up in the other's movie for a few minutes' if only they were all under one company and that it's this difference in companies that's stopping superhero movies from emulating comic book cameos. Clearly, this is not the case.

Deadpool could do Wolverine, he has enough times in the comics.

But the Avengers shouldn't have Wolverine or Deadpool in their team. Coz they are both just killers, one of which is insane, Avengers ain't about that.
