It's legit.

The Colossus cameo was a surprise, but both DP and Colosuss are very much in character.

And no, the writers never said anything about Colossus' cameo.

The script is easy enough to find, and you know SHH's policy on these things.

As far as what Rich is referring to it's an action figure and a reference to WHAM!.

And since someone will inevitably say that's guessable..

Remember how Deadpool during Priest's run had Tom Cruise' face for a bit? At one point, Deadpool has Hugh Jackman's.

The origin of his mask is great as well

i dont think robert is gonna direct he is doing spy kids 4 and then wants to do sin city 2

i think Edgar Wright would be a suitable repalcement he can do dark comedy and action quite well

Yeah, that's disappointing.. it's right up Rodriguez's alley.

Edgar Wright would be a fun choice, but given Scott Pilgrim's box office I can't see FOX letting him have free reign -- they'd try to water it down, etc.

QT would be a nice one, but very unlikely.

Originally I had the guys who did the CRANK series as who I'd tap to direct.. with Statham as Taskmaster and Paul Rudd as Weasel. But after Gamer and Jonah Hex, they wouldn't have as much pull I'd imagine either (and there's the possibility they'd tinker with the script since it looks like they tend to write/direct stuff)

Either way, the script is perfect, I really hope they don't tinker with it.
