Deadpool V Bullseye Issue #?

Apparently Deadpool and Bullseye fight over who will work for the Kingpin...Does anyone know what series or issue it is? Thank you.

I haven't heard of that issue, but in issue 16 they fight over the life of a witness to organized crime. Bullseye must kill her, and deadpool must protect her. I'll see if I can find the other issue.
