So, is Teh Taskmaster a mutant?

Personally i've always assumed he was a mutant and I probably always will.
I mean Photographic reflexes IS a super power. If you dont believe me, how about his ability to mimic things he sees on fast forward. The man can move at super human speed by watching it. Thats a far cry above savant to me.

which A) i dont agree with at all cause he really shouldnt be THAT fast
and B) absolutely SCREAMS superhuman.

He may not technically be a mutant but he's deffinitely super powered. And since they've never established the origin of his powers i assume that they're mutant.
