To be honest, Cap doesn't have the most impressive rogues gallery and the most well known villains were already used. Leader makes sense with the plot and the fact they can't make Hulk solo films, so that's good enough for me.

Eh, I don't really agree there. Still plenty of Hydra characters one could use, Sin, etc. Heck, could have done Hydra Cap since we are in the multiverse saga. Cap has one of the better selections of villains.

I read so many rumors back before NwH came out. so much that I'd say 50% of the ones I read were real, and 50% were not. and I dunno if that was just regular peddling fake news or if it was Sony/Disney doing what they did here. but I haven't been following Deadpool 3 as much as I was following NwH back in the day.

Eh, I don't really agree there. Still plenty of Hydra characters one could use, Sin, etc. Heck, could have done Hydra Cap since we are in the multiverse saga. Cap has one of the better selections of villains.

I'd rather have something different than another evil super-soldier and Leader is a great villain. Idk, I'd be kinda pissed if, say, Mole Man were to be the villain of the next Spider-Man movie, but this one doesn't bother me at all.

Well, just based on early reactions, this is definitely sounding like the best Marvel Studios film to come out since The Marvels!

Joking aside, waiting for some reviews because while fan reviews are great, I reiterate that while the MCU's been in a bit of an up and down, it hasn't been all doom and gloom! Guardians 3 was very good, and though I haven't seen Loki Season 2 or X-Men 97, they both received tons of praise as well from what I've seen.

I was really trying to avoid getting too overhyped for this, and I loved it. And I absolutely hate and loathe Multiverse shenanigans. I think the reason I was OK with it and I enjoyed it was because it was done through Deadpool, so all the manic lunacy sort of works.

We were basically lied to for years about the costumes. The costumes work. They always did. Studios, executives, and filmmakers who don't understand these characters lied to us for decades.

The movie is very kooky and irreverent. It works though because it's a Deadpool story and Deadpool can get away with this level of irreverence and basically clowning on everyone. Nothing is sacred for Deadpool. NOTHING.

There are lots of tributes to the pre-MCU Marvel era, which I think longtime fans will enjoy. It also shows that Marvel Studios and Disney are willing to allow Deadpool to take the piss so to speak. They use Deadpool to make fun of themselves and their past mistakes and failures. And the overall message is about how our past failures and tragedies make us who we are and how we can overcome them.

I dont see FF or BNW making a billion. I think Marvel needs to be happy if FF can exceed Quantumania numbers and BNW I think they are looking for L&T numbers
