Cool as the suit looks, I did love the fact that Jackman has had such a long run as this very popular comic book character while never once wearing his instantly recognizable costume.

I gotta say, I know we’ve been waiting forever to see l Wolverine (and the rest of the X-Men) in more comic accurate outfits and we were all anticipating seeing them with the rebooted MCU versions, but I’m really glad we’re actually seeing it on Hugh. It just feels right. There are not many actors so closely tied to a character like he is with Wolverine. This feels like the ultimate end goal for this character.

Not only that, who knows how long its gonna be before we get proper MCU Wolverine (and X-Men). We are probably yearrrsss away from that so why not give us fans this while we wait, right?

I absolutely hate the idea, but it does make sense. The first page of Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe:

"To all things must come to an ending... The passing of one existence to make way for the next."

The Fox-Men probably wouldn't be on Secret Wars after this as rumored, would they?

I doubt they end the film with all of those characters dying. Needlessly bleak for DP (and redundant when Logan basically ended the same way). If it does end that way, then it guarantees Secret Wars will deal with the fall out (which makes sense). If anything, it's just more fuel for that rumored fire.

if the universe isn't intact at the end of this flick, DP and a group of survivors will be transported somewhere as a set-up for SW.

I'm not really sure how they'll conclude it, but unless it's completely self-contained, the multiverse aspect has to foreshadow something for (Kang Dynasty and) Secret Wars.

The beach setting with the destroyed logo is giving Planet of the Apes.

That's... a good question actually. I think we should start posting unofficial set pics under spoiler tags since there are folks on here who are probably wary of any potential spoilers.

I feel like the BTS stuff is kinda shaky ground. There aren't any plot points revealed in those set pics/videos though. And I dunno if I would consider a costume reveal that was first posted by the main stars of the film to be a spoiler either, but that's just me.
