I think I'm gonna want a directors cut..... Or extended version, there seems to be a lot of future stuff that ended in the cutting room floor

you could get a directors cut but then thats like saying singer wasn't happy with the final product when i suspect it was his idea to cut them out

as for an extended... its not really extended because the moment rogue takes over then it doesn't fit in with the currently film for it to extend to anything

i think the best you will get is deleted scenes

I'm happy with deleted scenes, i think there could have been a few more little touches to help flesh out scenes!

I want an alternate cut what's the harm in doing that? It'll sell and make fans happy. Nobody is going to make a fuss about it "not being the true version" or whatever. It can be like Alien 3.

I know I may be asking too much here, but I honestly want an alternate cut with the Rogue scenes (and other deleted scenes) integrated into one whole movie.

Perhaps we can have one alternate cut and the theatrical cut.

I think you can feel the tension much better when you see the Rogue scene being built up with the movie.

I honestly find it a little less exciting when you just go to the deleted scenes and click "Rogue rescue".

I have never owned a Blu-Ray player before, let alone a Blu-Ray disk. I'd be willing to buy both if an alternate cut becomes available.

I noticed a scene with Blink from the 1st trailer was cut, she is throwing one of her portals and there is fire in the background. Hopefully this is part of a deleted extended future temple sentinel battle scene.

Here is page 111 from the script...and then from page 113. Rogue is the one who dies on that last page. I think this is when Logan screamed "Rogue" in that behind the scenes footage. After Rogue was engulfed in the future. Wasn't in the script here. Was just Logan waking up. But thats probably where that was..

So Kitty doesn't die at least in the script. Could it happen off screen? Maybe but i think they would have described it if they describe Rogue getting engulfed.

I wonder if the switch back to the future for Logan was quick and dramatic versus the theatrical version where we see Logan sorta hazily wake up in the future after drowning. Initially when I thought about the film, the climax of the film would've concluded with the timeline being dramatically reset, sorta like how the older script might indicate. Just barely being fixed in time. Not that the gradual return for Logan to the future was bad, it's just interesting looking at this portion.

Cudmore was also in Montreal for reshoots I think? I'm sure he might've switched places with Bobby once Bobby was killed initially.

So Rogue dies?? But kitty is still alive?? Also Colousus in the first trailers in shown outside fighting, as seen in the theatrical release....but this script says hes there in the room, in that last scene??? Pleease help me our here

[BLACKOUT]sooo the sentinels kill Rogue, who is still holding on to logan at the time, and when she lets go, he awakens a split second and sees the chaos around him, before waking up in the new future?[/BLACKOUT] thats what i read off of it.....

And some people complained that he was underused in the film.

So my point that i tried to make in another thread is i don't think it lessons kittys impact. She may not be holding onto logan any longer but she is still barely surviving.

Some people feel Kitty holding onto logan at the end was riviting and brilliant acting. I didnt see that. Ellen was great but it wasn't some spectacular scene. imo. Also you get more lines from Ellen likely and more moments between her and bobby.

Hmm I don't think so. If Rogue was killed at the moment then there's no way future Logan would wake up in the past again. I think he probably saw Rogue when Shadowcat switched places with Rogue.
