A version of the scene where Jean attacks the Professor, with just their various overdubbed lines of dialogue, (which are otherwise almost lost in the mix - "I am Phoenix!")

That sounds great, thank god she says it at least once. I can't wait to see these deleted scenes, they sound so good.

So, I have the R1 DVD right now... it has about half of the deleted scenes that have been mentioned previously, it's missing cool stuff like the fat guy shattering and the alternate version of the X-Men going to the Blackbird. The version I have right now is a single disc rental version. It has the starting menu where you can choose to Join the Brotherhood or Take a Stand, but the only differences I can see are the menus look different. After that, nothing. Anyoen know whats up with the R1? Will the special Stan Lee 2 disc version collect ALL of the deleted scenes discussed here?

The storm clip should've been kept in! As a matter of fact, most if not ALL of these deleted/alternate versions of scenes should've stayed...IMO it would have made the film that much better...

WOw that storm clip was lackluster.....it looked like They opened up a huge reservoir tank and poured it out behind her......why can't they just let the rain fall hard instead and then she can do her lighting stuff...her lighting looked unfinished too and needs more rendering.....its a good thing they cut out.....
