I know it's probably a given for most people here in the States, but the comics won't be coming in until Thursday the 28th because of Memorial Day. I should've reflected that in the title, but I forgot.

so here's a question: Marvel's website says that the Brubaker Daredevil omnibus and the Punisher MAX vol. 5 HC come out on the 28th. The Diamond shipping list doesn't mention these titles at all, nor does the initial list for next week. I can't find any information that they've been delayed last minute, but i can't find any information assuring that they haven't been delayed either. Anyone have any information about this? Those are the only two things i intend to get this week, and I don't want to make the drive to my comic shop to find that they haven't come out yet.
