Not a bad week, and not a terribly expensive one since only one book is $4, and that's for a 50th issue, celebrating four years and two months of Brubaker on Captain America. Four! More! Years!

Looks like a solid week. INVINCIBLE is heating up, Hickman has been off to an okay start on his DR introduction to the FF, while Millar & Hitch seem to truck along on a FF run that hasn't been too bad, but seems to be seen as underwhelming, to the point that the final issue will be done by a fill in artist just to end it on schedule (albeit by Stuart Immonen, who is a great artist all around and hasn't really worked on the Four since his Ultimate FF run with Ellis, I think). And a month with two issues of AGENTS OF ATLAS is always a good month for me. Looks like an incredible solid week.

Yea well for me at least last week always has the most books.Not that I buy much anymore.Also yea I'm in Full TMNT mode.A blu ray Box set is coming in august and The first 11 issues{Along with the turtle one shots} of vol.1 are being collected in a graphic novel as well and a new movie in 2011 it's like heaven for this turtle fan.

Green Arrow & Black Canary is on the cusp of getting dropped. At least when Winick was writing, it wasn't incredibly boring, and Black Canary actually did something! Literally, all she's done under this new writer is nag. "Ollie, I'm worried." "Ollie, what's wrong with you?" "I don't like this." "Don't ever do that again." Hell, when the big showdown with Cupid came up in the last issue, Ollie (for no reason whatsoever-- not even a hint of faulty chivalry) knocked Dinah out before entering the building. The writer just didn't want to use her in the climax until Ollie needed to be saved. She's a title character, not a sidekick! Hell, starting this summer, it's just going to be a Green Arrow book with Black Canary in the back-up stories.

So congratulations, Andrew Kreisberg. You've taken something started by (of all people) Judd Winick, and made it worse. You've changed this book from "Green Arrow and Black Canary" to "Green Arrow" with an "Also featured in this issue: Tales of the Black Canary!" sticker in the corner.
