Plot Summary:
Based off of the 2002/2003 released video game, 'Disaster Report' follows the story of Keith Helm as he is in search of his new life in Capital City where a job working for the Town Crier Newspaper awaits him. But, as Keith is headed to Capital City, a earthquake repeatly strikes at any given occasion. As Keith searches for escape, he finds that there may be more behind why Capital City is falling apart as it is.

Keith walking across a metal beam, earthquake thunders and he crouches; holding onto the beam as a large truck falls over the collapsed bridge and into the water below.

Keith turns towards building collapsing right above his head, Keith grabs Karen and throws her out of the way.

Keith sliding down construction platform after earthquake strikes, grasps hold of the edge of the platform as he hangs high above the ground. Karen and Greg stare up at him as he's in peril.

Keith and Karen running up stairs as water rises right below their feet inside the building.

Keith and Karen tied to a rope attached to metal railing as the building their on begins to collapse and fall to the water.

Keith turns towards truck rolling towards him, he begins climbing up platforms stuck in-between the muddy wall and then jumps to a metal beam above head and swings his legs out of the way of the truck before it can hit him.

Don't worry, I'm not done yet. I'm just refreshing my mind and taking it slow to make the story really well put together and not to seem like it's rushed. Same with 'Disaster Report', I loved the game that this is based off of and I really want the audience to be able to connect with the characters while having a unique story and incredible stunts and action sequences.
Also for 'Venom', I'm planning on writting a huge action sequence at the end due to the fact there aren't going to be too many in the fan-fic itself. I'm currently writting the action sequence right now and trying to find the right mix between both characters of Venom and Shocker.

PART 1:
*Screen black; alarm clock rings

Keith opens his eyes and turns off the alarm.

Keith rubs his eyes so he can see better, he got up and yawned.

[Keith] - Another day, another day...

Keith unlocks the lock on his bike in the back of the apartment building and rode on it to the streets.

Keith stopped in-front of a small coffee shop where he worked called: "Coffee Shack" and locked up his bike at the bike-rack.

Keith quickly put on his work apron before he walked in through the door.

Keith sat down next to a middle-aged man, the man noticed Keith.

Keith greeted himself by smiling at the man.

[Keith] - How are you doing, Dwayne?

[Dwayne] - Hey there, Keith. How's your day so far?

[Keith] - Well... waking up is always great.

Keith rolled his eyes then smiled.

Dwayne laughed.

[Keith] - Hey, how was your daughter's play last night?

[Dwayne] - Oh! She was magnificent, it's nice to see her grow up and live out one of her childhood dreams.

[Keith] - Yeah, not many people have that luxury, do they?

[Dwayne] - I guess I shouldn't brag about it then...

[Keith] - You sure shouldn't! Look at me here; and my childhood dream was to be a firefighter.

Dwayne and Keith laughed.

The store owner, Kevin, came out of the backroom and looked furious at Keith.

Kevin walked towards Keith and Dwayne and put on a phony smile.

[Kevin] - Hi there, Dwayne. Would you like another coffee?

[Dwayne] - Oh, no thank you. I can feel all of the coffee in my stoamach waving around.

Dwayne smiled at the owner and the owner sarcastically laughed and then gave Dwayne and Keith dirty looks.

[Kevin] - Can I talk to you for a second, Keith?

[Keith] - Sure thing, Kevin. See 'ya later, Dwayne.

[Dwayne] - Yep, see 'ya, Keith.

Keith and Kevin walked into the backroom.

[Keith] - Look, Kevin, we were only talking, that ain't gonna harm anyone.

[Kevin] - I don't care, this is my shop.

[Keith] - I understand that much, Kevin... and I've heard that before.

[Kevin] - I don't care, because until I get it through your thick-ass skull, you damn well better stick to your job and not exchange in innocent little small talk with the local neighbors.

[Keith] - Well, I'm sorry, Kevin... I'm sorry I'm not your god-damn perfect clone that you've always wanted. Look, this is me, this is who I am and you can't change a damn thing about that, I don't care what title you carry in your possession but this is mine, alright?!

[Kevin] - Don't yell at me, Keith. I told you before, Keith, so don't push your luck.

[Keith] - My luck, has already been pushed, Kevin. And I swear, I'm on the tip of the iceburg.

[Kevin] - Well then you'll down below, if you keep it up further.

Kevin left through the door he and Keith came in through, leaving Keith behind.

Keith kicked a small cardboard box on the floor.

PART 2:
Keith knocks on apartment door; his girlfriend, Beth, answers.

Keith walks inside as she walks back into the living room.

[Keith] - They were out of stock at the store, so I got 2% instead.

Keith held up the bag of milk which was labelled as 1%.

[Beth] - Whatever, I'll pay you back later on.

Keith sarcastically laughed.

[Keith] - Who ever said you'd have to pay me back.

[Beth] - I did.

Keith looked at the ceiling.

[Keith] - I'm not a damn idiot, Beth; as you obviously feel I am.

[Beth] - When have I ever called you an idiot?

[Keith] - When you implied it a minute ago.

[Beth] - What... because I wanted to pay you back?

[Keith] - ...I'm not cheap, and I'm not an idiot.

[Beth] - Well, do you have a job?

[Keith] - Shut up!...

Beth looked at Keith with disgust.

[Keith] - Don't look at me like that.

[Beth] - Like what?

[Keith] - You know exactly what, Beth. And in fact, I've already applied for a job.

[Beth] - Really? Doing what?...

[Keith] - I've applied to become a journalist for the 'Town Crier Newspaper'.

[Beth] - Never heard of it.

[Keith] - That's because it's in Capital City...

Keith walked to the door.

[Keith, cont.] - And, I almost forgot... I won't be seeing you later.

Keith placed the key to her apartment on the counter and left the apartment.

Keith throws Karen out of the way of the collapsing part of the bridge to safety and then leaps along with her as half of the bridge collapses into the water and the other half Karen and Keith were on began to tip over.

A man in the helicopter pulls out a minigun and begins to shoot at Keith.

PART 3:
*Screen black, [SFX]: Train crashes

Keith opens his eyes.

*Flash to: Keith walking in train

Keith puts his hand on his head and looks at the top of the train car.

Keith then realizes that the train car is not standing on the right side, it was tipped over to it's side as Keith stared at the broken windows above him.

Keith sat up.

[Keith] - ...help!... please...

Keith coughed and fell back beside a train seat.

Keith began to shed tears from his eyes.

[Keith] - ...HELP ME!...

Keith then held his head in his hands.

Keith peered over at a object on the ground beside broken glass and other debris from the train car, it was a bottle of water.

Keith leaned over and picked it up, he drank it all down as quickly as he could.

Once Keith finished, he looked at the bottle and threw it out the window above him.

Keith again held his head in his hands.

*Flash to: Train Assistant asking Keith if he wanted anything off the cart.

*Flash to: Train crashing and tipping over.

*Fade to: Keith on the ground, barely able to move, looking at all of the people leaving the train car by leaving him behind. He tried to call out to them but couldn't as he fell unconsious.

Keith climbed up to the top of the train seats and reached for the window and got to it as he crawled out.

Keith laid on-top of the train car, looking up at the orange-midday sky.

Keith took a deep breath and then sat up again.

Keith was frightened by what was ahead of him, destruction had struck Capital City.

Keith sat there, looking in awe.

[Keith] - ...no... this can't... be...

Keith climbed down off of the train and onto the tracks.

Keith looked around, wondering where to go.

Keith began to cry again as he looked down to the ground, he walked to the left of the tracks.

Keith saw a water fountain in the subway station, he ran towards it.

Keith began to drink from the fountain.

Keith stopped drinking and looked around frantically for something to fill it up with.

Keith saw nothing but in-front of him in the room he could see a bit of a fallen pop machine.

Keith ran towards it and stopped in-front of it.

Keith began to stomp on it, trying to open it.

Keith screamed in anger at it as it wouldn't open.

Keith then looked around for something to open it with.

[???] - I wouldn't waste any energy trying to drink that garbage.

Keith turned towards where he heard the voice, he could only see what looked to be a man's shoe, it was all ripped and torn.

Keith ran into the shadows with the man.

[Keith] - Who are you?... Can you help?...

[???] - I'm no one, according to the people that pass me by every other day.

The man stood up and Keith followed, the man seemed to be a homeless man.

[Homeless Man] - Maybe God gave me this opportunity... to be happy.

[Keith] - ...I don't think this happened to make anyone happy...

The homeless man looked at Keith.

[Homeless Man] - Why?... Is it not making you happy?...

[Keith] - ...no!... I want to go home!...

[Homeless Man] - And what home do I have?...

Keith was lost for words at that moment.

[Homeless Man] - ...who cares for me?...

[Keith] - I do... please... don't leave me...

The homeless man looked at Keith again.

[Homeless Man] - Why should I stay when nobody stayed for me?...

Keith fell to the ground as the homeless man walked away from him, he sat on his knees, begging for the man to stay.

[Keith] - ...please!...

The homeless man looked back once again at Keith and looked at him with sorrow on his face.

He turned around and slowly began to walk towards him.

Keith slowly looked up as he heard a cracking sound from underneath the ground.

The homeless man continued to walk towards Keith but all of a sudden, the ground cracked in-between Keith and the homeless man.

Keith stood up and looked in fear at the homeless man.

Then, the ground below the homeless man collapsed and he fell to the oceans below.

Keith ran towards the edge and tried to save the man, but was too late.

Keith tugged his hair in anger and screamed at the skys above him in both fear and anger.
