I mentioned the strange sightings idea on here ages ago, i suggested that the glow under the water would become part of local folklore. Sounds like my idea got grabbed!

It doesn't actually tell you anything you don't already know... it's just cool how under each mutant's profile they list "Was believed to have participated in the attacks on Liberty Island, the Westchester Train Station, and Alkali Lake"
