Much as I want to moan about how much I hate Flash, the site couldn't have been done so well without it. I was surprised by just how well it turned out. Worth the wait.

Yeah, despite the fact that I am unable to access the website, it was really worth the wait. All the new pics and the amazing intro Flash animation - amazing.

IMHO, the site is, in its most, wonderful. But going on the opposite direction of what most think, i found those animations terrible, corny. Wolverine, Kitty, Angel and Mystique are even acceptable, but the others are too bad done and imo dont match the tone of the movie at all. What the hell is Storm? Colossus, Callisto, Professor, Phoenix and even the mighty Magneto look all terrible, like little kids wearing uniforms and playing around like they are posing for a power rangers promo (no offense to PR, i loved them in early days). I wont go further because it will seem that i am one of those naysayers, when i actually love the movie and everything that comes from it. I just needed to tak this off my chest, i hate those dumb animations.
But the intro got me drooling (so is that the official theme for X3? the one from the second trailer? i like it a lot, kinda serious, epic but more comic related)

some friends of mine who are spiderman and superman fans said 'wow' as if you're playing game and it's being downloaded and then you'll get to choose a character :lol .If that'd be the case, based on looks alone, I'll choose Storm, Angel, Wolverine,Iceman and Colossos.

It is a very "heavy" site. If your computer or connection is not up to the challenge, it can seem slow. Lots of flash content there. It is kind of jumpy and hesitant for me too, but I've come to expect that from flash heavy sites like this.

I agree that the Callisto and Phoenix animations are lackluster. But I thought the Storm (with the misty fog), Colossus (metaling up), Xavier ("Wheels") and Magneto (once again shown manipulating balls) clips were appropriate.
