Section 230 needs altering.
Yeah, but not in the way you infer. Section 230 is already under attack, having been altered to force several websites to close over false and misleading sex trafficking claims and allowing it to be weakend further will let conservatives eventually dissolve it into being worthless.
 
I’m just saying websites that decide what a what user sees (through algorithms or other means) should be treated differently than those that do not. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram all fall into the former category, they are not just carriers but deciders. A website should be not ‘pushing’ content in order to not have civil and legal liability like a telephone company or ISP.
