Rand was one of the few people on the Republican dais that seemed like he had any sort of actual plan or who could talk knowledgeably about international trade agreements during the debates.

He just comes off so smug sometimes.

If all of the Republican establishment unites in favor of Rubio, and Jeb!, Kasich, and Christie all drop out and endorse him too (especially if they do that before Super Tuesday) then Rubio just might win the nomination. He doesn't have the same ceiling Trump and Cruz do and most of the supporters of other GOP candidates, save for Carson and maybe Fiorina, would probably vote for Rubio.

I definitely agree that he is a horrible debater. But he usually at least comes off strong. He doesn't feel strong tonight. Like he was exposed by Iowa.

I think most Fiorina and Carson supporters would go to Rubio. Fiorina is more in line with Rubio. And Cruz has poisoned himself with Carson supporters with his dirty tricks.

I should probably add I am glad they brought up eminent domain laws, although I wish they would have asked more people then Trump and Bush. Where were all the eminent domain people when it came to people in Nebraska and the XL pipeline

Whether one agrees or disagrees with him at least he was consistent, I personally think the Republican party is full of BS though in general when it comes to eminent domain.
