It certainly looks like several members of the supreme court and sympathic to Trump and while they may not rule the president has absolute immunity which if they did would be disasterous for our democracy, but they seem like they will send this back to the lower courts with more delays, signaling that Trump essentially won by getting the delay he wanted so he can win the election, which he currently leads in the polls, not all but most, Biden is closing the gap, but we could find ourselves in a country that is no longer a democracy if Trump is elected, he has been very open about what he has planned, plus project 2025 is already recruiting Trump loyalist, the Supreme court are full or cowards and Maga loyalist and cant be trusted to adhire to the constitution and law

Yeah, Trump got the delay he wanted even if the Court rules against immunity (which they probably will because they have to know giving that kind of power to a President is wrong.)

Its typical Trump, he finds willing people to do his bidding and plays the system to his favor, everyone expected his appointees would eventully payoff in his favor, with 3 justices and 2 others who support Trump they gave him the delay he wanted and now its just a matter of time before we know if he gets reelected which there is a real good chance he will, even with Biden doing a solid job and actually doing a decent job that seems to not be enough for many who for some reason adore Trump
