Admit it Cos... YOU KILLED BAMBI'S MOM!! :word:

:funny:

It's silly but isn't it weird that Elmer Fudd is a hunter but in the Looney Tunes world, nothing can die? I mean, how many times has he shot Daffy in the face? :p

I really liked the new trailer. glad we got to see more of Elsa and hear her speak.

I've been reading lots of spoilers on the net from book/novel excerpts, and it seems to match what was shown in the latest trailer.

I have a feeling the ending is going to be a tearjerker. :(

^^ nice.

would love to hear Idina sing Let it Go.

Some promising impressions:

Stunned by how much I loved Disney's FROZEN.

Scott Feinberg ‏@ScottFeinberg now

In my humble opinion FROZEN is the best non-Pixar Disney movie since THE LION KING almost 20 years ago. Add it to the list of greats. Bravo.

Disney animated film is BACK!! I was so lucky to get the chance to attend a Frozen screening tonight, and I am left impressed beyond words. There were some flaws of course, but seeing as how the themes revolved around mental health, I found that really appropriate and the charms that made it perfect in its own way. It wasn't Beauty and the Beast, but it was Frozen. And it was awesome

I'm a little shocked by these reactions because the trailers and animation for this have looked terrible to me. Interesting.

I've learned not to let the trailers misdirect me after waiting a year to see Tangled because of them.

That's encouraging. I was just watching Tangled last night.

this.

Tangled looked soooooo stupid based on the trailers. But when I finally convinced myself to see it, I LOVED IT!!! :hrt:

I have high hopes for Frozen, and I'm glad to hear the early impressions are good.

See, I thought Tangled looked so much better than this, even with its s****y trailers, because at least the animation looked nice. But it sounds like I need to give this shot anyway.

Wreck-it Ralph and Tangled were great and it sounds like Frozen might be as well. Disney proper is out-doing Pixar right now.

It what way does the animation look bad? This looks like their best take on this animation style by a mile.

Gotta say those early reactions surprised me.

Those reactions pretty much show that Disney isn't really marketing this film as well as they could then.

I think the animation looks nice with this art style, i wasn't really blown away by Tangled's animation. With this film i think they lost a lot of potencial by not going with the original young girl trying to save her friend from the ice queen, a force far beyond them, However i'm still expecting this to be a very good film, if it does happen to be then i think Disney may have started something with Tangled/ Wreck-It Ralph and we may be heading to a new renaissance.

I can already tell Jennifer Lee co-wrote it with some of the jokes in the clips. That baby unicorn line is similar to something Vanellope would've said.

I was blown away by Tangled's animation. I mean the scene with the water spilling as they ran away was just incredible.

I'm not good with describing aesthetics, but I'll do my best - I think the color palette is mostly the culprit here. Tangled just had that nice, warm, inviting palette, while the colors for this seem kind of all over the place to me, making the whole thing look less visually cohesive. Which, imo, makes it LOOK kinda "cheap" in comparison... however unwarranted that impression may be. I dunno if that made any sense, lol.

tbh, I wasn't really feeling this movie either until the latest trailer. but mainly that was because I finally got to see more of Elsa.....who's the real star of the show.....imo. :o

Our avvys are winking at each other. :cwink:

Are you kidding me, flickchick? My avvy is the one with the BAMF.
