Well, I believe he said he's already made a fan out of her just by watching the sport on TV. It's a totally different atmosphere watching it in front of the telly than to see it live at the ball field. It's 10x better, imo.

Yes I do especially when it comes to football I'm a huge Skins fan and all my male relatives come over my place on sunday's and watch the game occassionally when one of cousins or aunt's come over everybody explains the sport all at the same time that she gets confuzzled
