And if so, which one?

I'm just learning how to play bass, I have a Squier Jazz Bass.

I play electric guitar. Well it's my main instrument. Did a couple years at conservatory and even got into a college to do a music degree, but I went for Journalism instead. But yeah, I play, build and restore electric guitars.

Been playing guitar (electric and acoustic) for about 14 years now.

Started playing the acoustic guitar since 5th grade, started drums and other assorted percussion instruments at 6th grade to my junior year in hs, and I picked up the electric guitar at the beginning of hs.

whenever anyone asks me if it's hard to play the guitar, I give them the same answer that Oz from Buffy did:
'Not the way I play it.'
But, I had a lot of fun for many many years playing in a crazy little psychedelic punk band, doing many gigs and getting 14 songs out on various 7inches and albums.
I would always encourage anyone to pick up a musical instrument as it opens up your world, especially when you start to play with other musicians.
and I would always say to people not to get too precious or intimidated by other's superior technical skills, many of the best songs ever written have been on the most basic scale of chords, they are within your grasp if you have a basic technical skill and a developed and curious imagination.

I started on the drums back in secondary school though(not counting the recorder back in primary school, played along to school plays etc), played them for about 4 yrs.
then I began, like many guitarists, on the bass, before practising on an old acoustic guitar, which is the best way, so the electric is so much easier when you get to it(rather than the other way around).

good luck with the bass playing, just don't do what my bnrother did when he was just starting out on bass, don't try to play along with Chic records, know your limits, lol. but one day you may get there.

I have/play a guitar...which currently has 2 strings. That mofo needs to be repaired in the worst way.

I am currently trying to teach myself how to play the piano. It would be much easier if I had a teacher i know, but I am making the best of the situation. Learning the chords for me has been the easiest part but it is playing with two hands that killing me. But if i can type with two hands without looking then I should be able to play the piano well in due time.

I am practicing the vuvuzela. ****s hard to play.

I once knew how too play Saxophone but I forgot.

I play the trombone and all brass.

I play Tenor and Alto Sax. Never played a baritone sax, but I don't think it's much different from a tenor.

I play clarinet and flute. no not that kind.

I play guitar and piano.

I play violin, viola, and string bass. I guess I can play a cello, but never tried.

I play(ed) guitar. I need to get back on it, though. It's been way too long.

I sing and play guitar. I can also play bass (both electric and upright), and am slowly teaching myself piano, but the guitar is definitely my number one. Been playing nearly everyday since I was 12 (I'm 25 now). I've a couple acoustics (an Applause, an Ovation, and an old Dreadnaught), as well as several electrics (a malmsteen strat, mexican strat, warlock, danelectro, black beauty les paul, and i just picked up a 1950s roadworn strat; thing is awesome).

After playing for so long, my skills have kind of plateaued, and i've found myself in a musical rut. I'm entirely self taught; group up listening to Gibbons, Gilmore, Clapton, Page and Frusicante, they were the best "teachers" if you will, but after 13 years, i'm contemplating taking actual lessons to help unlock other playing styles or ideas i have yet to discover on my own.
