In memory of Christopher Reeve - the first cinematic Superman
Something like that would be nice. Just a thought.
Now that I haven't thought off.. However it is 110% for sure that the movie is dedicated to Reeve.. but maybe after Dana's death, they changed it so that it'll read "Dedicated in loving memory to Christopher & Dana Reeve" or something.. we'll see.Milkman95 said:Yeah, I believe the film is already dedicated to both Chris and Dana Reeve.
War Lord said:No, because they'd also have to dedicate it to George Reeves, Bud Collyer, and Kirk Alyn, who all played Superman.

Naite22 said:The movie IS DEDICATED TO REEVE!!! This was said many many times, over a year ago, and has been debated 1000's of times.. Just saying it.... I hope it stands in the begining rather than in the end!!! Much cooler to see it before the movie starts up... like in the first Donner film!

It wouldn't work..that last shot of Routh flying over earth and the smile will be a lasting memory shot of him as Superman as it was with Reeve.

he's already doing the "swoop" around the earth (flies out of the atmosphere, follows the curvature of th planet with his back against it), for the ending there has to be a Routh type of ending unique to him. if he has done such a superb job on the role he deserves to have his own signature ending.
